No, IKEA Malaysia does not currently deliver to Brunei.

9. What services can I opt for when shopping at IKEA?

10. How long will my delivery take?
For zones within Kuching, your delivery will arrive within up to 2-5 days. For areas outside of Kuching, including Sibu, Miri, Bintulu, and Kota Kinabalu (KK), deliveries will take up to 2 weeks. We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible — thanks for your patience!

11. How does the Click & Collect service work and what can I buy with it?
Simply proceed to checkout and choose the "Click & Collect" option. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a second email notifying you that it's ready for collection. Please wait for this email before heading to the collection point. We’ll hold your order for 5 days starting from the day the collection notice is sent. Find out more about Collection Point here.

12. How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
Once your online payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Keep an eye out for a follow-up email letting you know that your items are ready for collection. Pickup hours will be specified in the email. Find out more about Collection Point here.

13. How do I know where to collect my goods?
The collection point location will be clearly stated in your confirmation email. For orders from the Central Fulfillment Unit, head to the Collection Point at:
Hexagon High Transport, 922, Jalan Demak Laut 3, Kuching, Sarawak.

Upon arrival :

• Provide your order number to our staff at the counter.
• Your items will be handed over to you.
• Take your items home and enjoy!

14. Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, someone else can collect your order on your behalf. They’ll need to bring the collection notice and web invoice to the designated collection location. It's that simple!

15. Can I change my mind after placing an order?
Once your order and services are paid and confirmed, we’re unable to make amendments or cancellations. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Care Centre at 03 7952 7575. We’re here to help!

16. How long do I have to collect my goods?
We will hold your goods for 5 days, starting from the day the collection notice is sent. If you don’t collect your order within this period, it will be cancelled. Please note that only the value of the purchased items will be refunded, and the Click & Collect service fee is non-refundable.
