IKEA preowned allows you to sell nearly all historic and current IKEA products. However, you cannot sell food items, mattresses, kitchen appliances, or products that are not from the IKEA brand. Your listing will always be reviewed by the IKEA preowned customer support team before it’s published.

IKEA does NOT guarantee:   

• The existence, quality or authenticity of the products advertised  
• The truth or accuracy of sellers’ content or listings on the service  
• The ability of sellers to sell products through the service and arrange for the products to be picked up by the buyer.

   However, your purchases are protected when you buy with IKEA preowned. Upon pick-up, you can cancel any products that were misrepresented and get a refund. 

This is seen as a complement to the existing IKEA business and as part of fulfilling the IKEA vision to create a better everyday life for the many people.  As a Home Furnishing Retailer, it makes sense for IKEA business to enter the second-hand home furnishing market.
