However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered, we have a range of delivery options for you to choose from when shopping at IKEA.ph. - Please prepare necessary documents during the delivery. These may include:
- Building permits
- Entry permits
- Kindly inform building or village security on or before the delivery date to avoid any inconvenience.
Provide accurate contact information and keep your lines open
- Please ensure that the shipping address and local mobile number (+63) you provided are accurate as our transport provider will contact you on the day of the delivery.
- For truck deliveries, please keep your lines open so they can call you on the day and time scheduled. If they are unable to reach you, our delivery team will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at your location (gate/entrance). If you are unable to receive your order within that timeframe, this will be considered a failed delivery attempt. We may redeliver for a fee equivalent to the initial delivery fee paid.
- Rescheduling deliveries are subject to schedule availability.
- During the delivery of your orders, you may be asked to present at least one (1) valid ID for verification purposes
Lead times may vary
- During major holiday seasons, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing time on truck and parcel delivery orders due to high volume of orders.
- A maximum of 24 days lead time applies for Cebu, Iloilo, Davao del Sur, and Misamis Oriental truck delivery orders.
Free Click & Collect
With IKEA's free Click & Collect, you have the power to choose. Order online at your convenience, and select the time and place you want to pick up your items. You can choose to pick up your order from your local IKEA store or a collection point. We'll gather your items for you, so you can spend more time assembling and less time shopping. And if you'd rather not make a trip, we also offer a delivery service nationwide.
