Living room
We can offer you a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship that covers frames and cushions of our sofas, armchairs, sofa-beds, and footstools. For some products, this involves a 25-year guarantee. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the below booklet.
Kitchen and kitchenware
We offer you a 25-year guarantee that covers defects in the material and workmanship of the METOD kitchen system. We offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers defects in the material and workmanship of the ENHET kitchen system. All indoor kitchen mixer taps have a 10-year guarantee and IKEA appliances have a 5-year guarantee. This guarantee is valid for domestic kitchen use and is subject to the terms and conditions.
We guarantee the function of IKEA pots, pans, and woks without a non-stick coating for 15 years. That means that they will retain their functionality, provided that our care instructions are followed and they are subjected to normal domestic use (cooking and washing once a day). This guarantee of function, materials workmanship is subject to the terms and conditions
Everyday life at home puts high demands on kitchen knives. IKEA kitchen knives are knives for everyday use. With a quality that stands up to the demands of daily cooking, these knives should be the first thing you choose in your kitchen. We guarantee that IKEA kitchen knives will keep their function for 15 years. That means that they will retain their functionality over time, provided that our care instructions are followed and they are subjected to normal domestic use (cutting food, being cleaned once a day, and regular sharpening). This guarantee of function, materials workmanship is subject to the terms and conditions
Storage
We offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers defects in materials, workmanship, and function on all the main parts of the BROR storage system. That excludes the BROR trolley, workbench, shelf divider, add-on shelf, and tool holder. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the below booklet.
Bedroom
We offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers mattresses and bed bases marked with the logo above against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not apply to all mattress pads, JESSHEIM mattresses, RAHOLT mattresses, sofa bed mattresses, and children's mattresses. We also offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers PAX/KOMPLEMENT wardrobes and interior organizers marked with the logo, against defects in materials and workmanship. SKYTTA sliding doors marked with the logo are also covered by a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the below booklets.
Bathroom
We offer you a 10-year guarantee that covers defects in the material and workmanship on the ENHET, ÄNGSJÖN, TÄNNFORSEN, HAGAÅN, FAXÄLVEN and LETTAN bathroom series, TOLKEN countertops, ALMAÅN legs, all wash-basins, mixer taps, and shower mixers. We offer you a 3-year guarantee for ÅBÄCKEN mist nozzle for the mixer tap and all shower accessories such as riser rails, head and hand showers, and shower hoses.
Office furniture
We can offer a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials, workmanship, and function on all main parts of office desks, conference tables, acoustic screens, office room dividers, office storage, office chairs, and conference chairs:
