Track your IKEA orders​

Please enter the FedEx tracking number or IKEA sales order number provided to you ​

Parcel delivery

  • If your order was shipped with FedEx, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking ID when your order is on its way, please click here to see the status of your order.​
  • If your order delivery destination is in CDMX, State of Mexico, Querétaro, Morelos or Hidalgo, (some postal codes may vary), track it with your order number in the above track & trace bar (in case you cannot track your order on our page, please check your inbox to validate if your order was sent by FedEx).
  • If you have difficulties tracking your order on our portal, contact the IKEA Customer Service Center at 55 8310 8310.

Truck delivery

Click & Collect

If your order is a Click & Collect delivery, you'll find this information useful

  • f you selected to pick up at an external Pickup Point click here to see the status of your order, you only need the FedEx Tracking ID that you will receive by email once your order is on its way.
  • ​If you selected to pick up at one of our IKEA stores, track your order on our page:​

For Click & Collect orders at our IKEA stores, please refer to the following information:​

  1. All notifications about the status of your order will be made via email. Please note that emails may land in your spam folder.​
  2. The delivery day you selected will only be the estimated day your order arrives at our IKEA store Click & Collect location.​
  3. Your order will be ready for pickup with the tracking status shown as “Order in-transit”.​​Example in the following image: 

4. To find out more details about the status of your order, click on “Tracking Details”. The “Order Takeover” status indicates that your order is ready for pick up at our IKEA store Click & Collect location
