How to shop online

Are you far from us? Our online shop is available to you 24/7. Use your free time make your home cosy and buy your dream furniture. You can pick up the goods from one of our pick up points or use delivery to your home.

1) Add products to your shopping bag or list

Immerse yourself in our product catalogue. See the range of furniture and accessories in the menu in the Products section or find inspiration under Rooms. If you have a specific product in mind or want to practice your Swedish, don't hesitate to use the search bar.

To buy products online, simply click on the blue button with a shopping bag icon, or after you select your product, click on "Add to shopping bag" button. If you want to save your products for later, click on the heart icon to save the product into your shopping list.

2) Choose shipping method

Delivery:

If you want to have the order delivered to your home or business, choose from the available delivery options – home delivery and parcel delivery. We will bring the purchased goods to the place you choose and on the day and hour of your choice.

Click & Collect:

Not got much time, or can't wait for the goods to be delivered to your home? Then try the Click & Collect service. Select and pay for the goods online and then pick your purchase up at your chosen store.

You can now also collect your order at Pick up Points in IKEA Amman.

3) Returns and claims

Is your chosen product too small or too large? Or is it very different from what you expected? Have you had any problems with your order?

If you are not satisfied with a product or have just changed your mind, you can return it. With our 365 Days return policy, you can return products as long as they are unused or undamaged. If your receive an incomplete order, your delivery contains damaged goods or didn't arrive in the first place, we are here to help.
